Services

The process of working with me will look like the following:

  • We will start with an introductory meeting either over the phone or in-person.
  • In the meeting we will discuss your vision for the photos, any needs you have and how I will be able to help.
  • Plan a walkthrough of the photography setting (if deemed necessary) and pick a date for the shoot.
  • Review photography contract and sign document.
  • Client will need to pay a deposit (half of final bill) upon conclusion of the meeting.
  • Process will be slightly different for Real Estate Photography (details listed below)

Applicable factors for all photography shoots:

  • 1 hour minimum on all scheduled shoots.
  • Hourly Rate - $100
  • Client will receive a minimum of 10 edited photos, can increase number of edits received in increments of 10.
  • $50 per 10 edits.
  • Clients can also receive up to 50 unedited photo's if requested.
  • I will send the photos in JPEG format to client via their preferred method (Google Drive, Cloudspot, Pic-Time, Pixieset, etc.)
  • Photos will be delivered to client within 1-2 weeks after date of the shoot unless if an earlier deadline is stated by the client.
  • Factors will be slightly different for Real Estate Photography (details listed below)

Portraits

Everyone has their own personality and style, and that is one of the main reasons why I love to shoot portraits. Help express yourself with photographs you can look back on for many years to come. Types of portrait photography I work with include but aren’t limited to:

  • Traditional Portraits (modeling/glamour portraits, senior photos, street portraits, cosplay)
  • Couple, Family and Group Portraits
  • Engagements, Proposals and Maternity portraits
  • Professional Headshots
  • Sports photography

Concerts

Listening to music, discovering new bands and attending live shows are some of my favorite hobbies. Whether you’re playing a low-key  acoustic show for a small group of people or performing at a local venue around Saint Louis, I’d be happy to work with any artist or band that wants to capture the magic of their live performances.

  • Pictures before, during and after performances are all available.
  • All performing members will be photographed from both the perspective of the audience along with on/behind the stage.
  • If photo passes are needed, please inform me prior to the show.

Real Estate

Its no secret that having professional photos for listings are essential to selling a property. My photos will help your properties look their very best inside and out in order to ensure you’re grabbing the attention of as many potential buyers as possible. 

  • Pricing will be based on the size of the property compared to the hourly rate for my other photography options.
  • All measurements will be based on total finished square feet including the basement:
  • < 2,000 SF : $100
  • 2,001 - 3,000 SF : $150
  • 3,001 - 4,000 SF : $200
  • 4,001 - 5,000 SF : $250
  • 5,001 - 6,000 SF : $300
  • 6,001+ SF : Please call
  • Expect to receive your photos within 24-72 hours after the shoot (depending on size of property)
